Dr TCA Raghavan

Dr TCA Raghavan is a former Indian diplomat. He served as the Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan from 2013 to 2015 and as the Deputy High Commissioner in Islamabad from 2003 to 2007. His previous diplomatic assignments include postings in Bhutan, Kuwait, Singapore and the UK. Dr Raghavan has a PhD in History from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His book on India-Pakistan relations, titled, The People Next Door: The Curious History of India's Relations with Pakistan, was published in August 2017. His first book, Attendant Lords: Bairam Khan and Abdur Rahim, Courtiers and Poets in Mughal India, was published in February 2017.
