On 30, 31 October 2018, IPCS hosted the 12th Annual Germany-India-Brazil-South Africa (GIBSA) Quadrilogue in New Delhi, on the theme, The Evolution of Multilateralism. The conference was held under the Chatham House Rule. This report is a culmination of the proceedings.
